    During the design phase, NCC acoustic enclosures undergo structural simulation and fluid calculation verification to ensure low wind resistance, high heat dissipation, and efficient noise reduction are balanced in real-world scenarios. Internally, they adopt an all-metal structure and fire-resistant sound-absorbing materials; externally, multiple surface treatments (PPC, PVDF, galvanization, stainless steel, etc.) are available to meet diverse environmental and aesthetic requirements.

    During the operation of a 60KW liquid-cooled energy storage cabinet, the QUIET system can control the average noise below 65 decibels—significantly outperforming the industry average and fully complying with environmental noise standards in North America, Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia.
